  During our 2 night stay we had to switch room 3 times. The shower made a very annoying sound when the shower was on, heat in our room did not work and the sheets on the bed were either not changed or poorly cleaned as there was 2 different stains on the sheets, one stain even appeared to be blood. Also given wrong times as to when the hot tub and sauna were open by a staff member. Some staff members were really nice and helpful but still a little disappointed in our stay at this hotel.

  The bathroom is horrible! Invest in some bleach and clean the tub tiles! Scrub the bathroom clean, and for Pete’s sake, fix the bathroom ceiling! It’s disgusting. Peeling and water damage. I don’t even want to use the bathroom, it’s that gross! I won’t walk on the carpet with bare feet either.

  Very good value for comfortable accommodations for 2 nights. Staff very helpful and friendly. Clean with everything working well in room. Hot tub not working but given free vouchers for public hot pool. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Excellent food at restaurant with vouchers given for breakfast. Have stayed here several times before and will come again.

  It was dirty there. I found someone else's hair on the pillow. The mirror was dirty in the room. I found some terrible unpleasant stains on the floor and walls.

  There was a little water and it was below the level of the filters and the water smells and looks like a boiled urine in the hot tub in the 4th floor. The steam room was very hot in and I burned the face when I opened the door. The sauna was very good but it' small and dark.The female shower smelled very bed. The drain was clogged and there was a lot of hair on the floor. Staff have to pay more attention to cleaning.

  I’m pretty disappointed. The suite looks nothing like the photos online. The whole unit needs to be cleaned and updated, at least iron the curtains & bed skirt! It really looks like nobody cares. The furniture is beat up, the microwave & fridge are tilted and old. Ice machine was filthy.

  Bed and breakfast special through the hotel is a better deal than other booking services for our two night new years stay. Water view sees a little of the water yet the hotel was quiet and comfortable with amenities including a hot tub steam room and sauna. We had a drink leak that wasn't fixed and the front desk had a number of other service requests but it's fully booked for new years
